This is.... welp this is Tessa. She is pretty much a TMNT oc... yeah. She is a sort of Shepard person thing....Dog mutant, yeah lets go with dat. She waers a mask 4 odd reasons. Kinda inspired bt Cheshire from young justice. She is Shredders personal assasin. Dont ask why cause ima write a story 4 u. Don't yell at me about her resemblance to Marvis either... her mask was kinda inspired by renamon from digimon, but not entirely of course.

She wears long sleeves to cover up scars. Has anxiety so she cuts herself SOMETIMES (most of her scares are from figting). Used to have a dog. Her dog is the DNA that was used 4 the mutation. She has a loud mouth and cracks lots of puns. She has 2 personalities (blue=herself red=evil/crazy) she can normaly keep her other half at bay, but when she is on the job or someone she cares 4 gets hurt she goes cra-cra on their ass. She uses guns and katanas.
